If I ever visit Baku again, it will be because of this fantastic team of Yashar (driver), Noor (historian/guide) and Fuad the planner/boss. It was a fantastic trip to see lovely places around Baku and getting so much info from the team. Great people, conversing so well, with a fantastic attitude, on time, giving you knowledge but also giving you some space, not rushed. I blindfoldedly recommend them highly. We stayed 2 nights in Quba and 2 nights in Baku. During our stay in the capital, we decided the last day to tour the city. After searching alot in the internet we came across "CityTour in Baku" and booked it straight away even though we thought the price may have been expensive. I immediately contacted the concerned person Fuad who was very friendly and kept in touch with us through the day incase we needed any additional assistance. Our guide Nurlan - who was super smart and the driver Kamal came to receive us from the hotel directly. The best part was it was just me and my partner - loved the private tour! The whole tour was amazing, Nurlan was so informative and we learnt so much from him. I dont think we've received any tour guide from a person who is a historian. He was always there to answer our questions when we had any doubt. I would like to mention that the day was superrr cold and my hands were frozen and Nurlan went out of his way and gave me his gloves to wear. I was so touched and thought he was super generous. Another incident where I had to buy the Azerbaijani pickles and didnt know what they were called, he asked Kamal to stop a grocery store and came with us inside to assist us.
