Itinerary

Morning: Arrive in Baku, Azerbaijan’s vibrant capital. Afternoon: Visit the Old City (Icherisheher), explore the Maiden Tower, and stroll around the Palace of the Shirvanshahs. Evening: Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the Flame Towers and relax with dinner along the Caspian Sea. Stay: Overnight in Baku.

Morning: Take a day trip to Gobustan National Park to see the Gobustan Petroglyphs and mud volcanoes, which are a unique feature of Azerbaijan’s landscape. Afternoon: Continue exploring the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape and learn about its historical significance. Evening: Return to Baku for a free evening to explore or relax. Stay: Overnight in Baku.

Morning: Fly from Baku to Tbilisi, Georgia (about 1 hour). Afternoon: Explore the historic Old Town of Tbilisi, visit Narikala Fortress for panoramic views of the city, and walk through the picturesque streets. Evening: Relax in the Sulfur Baths, a unique feature of Tbilisi, and enjoy a traditional Georgian dinner. Stay: Overnight in Tbilisi.

Professional tour!

This tour perfectly balanced historical exploration and nature. The trip through Baku, especially visiting the Maiden Tower and Flame Towers, was a fantastic start to the adventure. Gobustan’s mud volcanoes and petroglyphs were a real treat. The coastal beauty of Batumi was a relaxing way to end the trip, and the botanical gardens were breathtaking. Mtskheta, Uplistsikhe, and Vardzia were incredible UNESCO sites, each with its own unique charm. Lamia was an excellent guide, keeping the tour engaging with her vast knowledge of the Silk Road. Azerbaijan and Georgia tour

I had an amazing time on this Silk Road tour through Azerbaijan and Georgia! The history and culture of both countries were so rich and diverse. Baku’s Flame Towers and the Old City were highlights, while the day trip to Gobustan was both educational and unique. Tbilisi’s charm, with its mix of old and new, was enchanting. The Stalin Museum in Gori was fascinating, and the cliffside monastery of Vardzia left me in awe. Ali, our guide, made the journey even more special with his insights and great attitude. Silk Road Wonders

This tour was an incredible exploration of the Silk Road. From the ancient petroglyphs in Gobustan to the vibrant streets of Old Tbilisi, every destination felt special. The views from Narikala Fortress in Tbilisi were breathtaking, and Mtskheta was full of history. Uplistsikhe and Vardzia were highlights – it’s hard to believe such ancient wonders still exist in such great condition. Unforgettable Silk Road adventure

This was a trip of a lifetime! The combination of culture, history, and breathtaking landscapes made it truly unforgettable. The day trips to Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe were highlights – these UNESCO sites gave me a deeper understanding of the Silk Road. Vardzia, with its cliffside monastery, was absolutely stunning. Silk Road Journey

This 8-day journey through Azerbaijan and Georgia was beyond my expectations! The historical sites in Baku, such as the UNESCO-listed Old City and Maiden Tower, were fascinating. The Flame Towers provided breathtaking views of the modern side of Baku. Gobustan National Park was like stepping into another world with its ancient petroglyphs and mud volcanoes. Tbilisi was so charming, and Narikala Fortress offered amazing views of the city. Lamia, our guide, was absolutely wonderful – her passion and knowledge made the experience so much richer.
