Traditional Baku shopping

I had the best time exploring the Old City’s souvenir markets, where I found some truly special items, including a gorgeous handwoven carpet. The market is full of treasures that reflect Azerbaijan’s deep cultural heritage. Elnara was our guide and provided us with insightful details about the history of the items we saw, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Taza Bazaar was a vibrant and bustling market where I could truly experience Baku's local life. I purchased fresh produce and enjoyed walking around the food stalls. Azerbaijan's vibrant culture😇

I really enjoyed my trip to the Old City of Baku. The handcrafted textiles and copperware were particularly impressive. I bought a beautiful kelaghayi scarf as a gift, and I was amazed at the level of detail and craftsmanship. Delicious Local Cuisine

I had the pleasure of dining at Dolma restaurant as part of my tour with Guided Azerbaijan. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a perfect introduction to Azerbaijani flavors. The restaurant was cozy, and the service was excellent. After visiting the Old City and shopping for souvenirs, it was the perfect lunch break.
