Description

After arriving in Baku, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and breakfast, with time to rest and refresh before your adventure begins. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided Baku City Tour, starting with a scenic walk along Baku Boulevard by the Caspian Sea. Visit the iconic Flame Towers for panoramic city views, followed by a stroll through Fountain Square, the vibrant heart of the city. In the evening, you may enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani dinner featuring local favorites like plov, dolma, and kebabs, or experience the Flame Towers light show or Baku’s nightlife. The next day begins with a visit to Gobustan, famous for its ancient rock carvings, where you'll explore the Gobustan Museum and Gobustan Rock Mountain with over 3,500 prehistoric petroglyphs. Continue to the Mud Volcanoes, known for their natural and therapeutic properties, and later visit the Fire Temple of Ateshgah on the Absheron Peninsula. The day ends with a visit to Yanardag (Fire Mountain), where natural flames rise eternally from the earth, before returning to your hotel. On the third day, set off for Shahdag, in the northern region of Gusar, stopping by Beshbarmaq Mountain for scenic views and the Red Jewish Settlement in Guba to explore the history of Mountain Jews. After lunch, explore the stunning Shahdag Mountain Resort, known for skiing and breathtaking views, with the option of a cable car ride, then return to Baku for an overnight stay. Along the way, you'll make a brief stop at Beshbarmaq Mountain to enjoy the scenic views. The next stop is Red Jewish Settlement in Guba, home to the largest Mountain Jewish community in the former Soviet Union, offering a glimpse into the history of Mountain Jews. Afterward, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the drive to Shahdag. At Shahdag Mountain Resort, you'll explore this beautiful region, renowned for its ski slopes and breathtaking landscapes, with the option to take a cable car ride for a panoramic view. In the evening, you'll head back to Baku, arriving at your hotel for an overnight stay.
