Reservation

• Before you reserve, we strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style of the tour you are undertaking.
• Where your reservation is for more than one person, the first-named person in your booking aged 18 years or over will be handled by us as the ‘lead name’ .

Cancellation or changes by the company

• Occasionally it may be deemed important to make changes to your trip and the company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be informed of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. 
• You may cancel your trip at any time providing you notify the company in writing email or calling.

Our responsibilities

• The company does not own the accomodation, transfers, restaurants and other facilities used in association with the tours arranged.
• The company is not responsible for any of party suffer death or injury as a result of any force majeur. The company could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing your own travel insurance.
• Each member of the group/person must have valid passport, visas and all necessary documents.
• By booking a holiday with the company you undertake to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the fun of others on holiday with you.
• All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically wants a smoking room.

Complaints

If you have a matter during your holiday, please inform the tour guide immediately so that they can endeavour to put things right. If you cannot resolve the problems, you must contact the company office so that they are given an opportunity to help. If you fail to take any of these steps you will hinder the company’s ability to put any problem right.
