Description

After arriving in Baku, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and breakfast, with time to rest before starting a guided Baku City Tour. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic walk along Baku Boulevard by the Caspian Sea, followed by panoramic views from the iconic Flame Towers and a stroll through Fountain Square, the vibrant heart of the city. In the evening, you can opt for a traditional Azerbaijani dinner with dishes like plov, dolma, and kebabs, or experience the Flame Towers light show and Baku’s nightlife. The next day begins with a trip to Gobustan, where you'll explore the Gobustan Museum and Rock Mountain, home to over 3,500 ancient petroglyphs. Continue to the Mud Volcanoes for a unique natural experience, then visit the sacred Fire Temple of Ateshgah on the Absheron Peninsula and end the day at Yanardag (Fire Mountain) before returning to your hotel. After breakfast the following day, travel northwest toward Gabala, stopping at the historic Diri Baba Mausoleum in Maraza, built in 1402. Visit the ancient Shamakhi Juma Mosque, one of the oldest in Azerbaijan, and enjoy lunch in Shamakhi before continuing your journey. In Gabala, explore the serene Nohur Lake and the picturesque Yeddi Gozal Waterfall in Vandam Village. End the tour with a visit to Tufandag Mountain Resort, where you can enjoy spectacular mountain views and take a cable car ride before returning to Baku. On the final day, after breakfast and hotel check-out, your driver will transfer you to Heydar Aliyev International Airport for your departure.

Your tour will begin with a pickup from your hotel and your first destination will be Gobustan, an archaeological site famous for its rock carvings. You'll visit the Gobustan Interactive Museum to learn about the region's UNESCO World Heritage status and its fascinating history. Afterward, you'll explore Gobustan Rock Mountain, home to over 3,500 petroglyphs created by ancient humans, offering a glimpse into Azerbaijan’s prehistoric past. Next, you'll head to the Mud Volcanoes, where you can experience this unique natural phenomenon and collect mud known for its skin benefits. Following a break for lunch, you’ll visit the Fire Temple of Ateshgah, a sacred site on the Absheron Peninsula and hear about its connection to the oil industry. The day will conclude with a visit to Fire Mountain, Yanardag, where natural flames have been burning for millennia, before being transferred back to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, your journey will take you to the north-west regions of Azerbaijan. The first stop will be the Diri Baba Mausoleum in Maraza, a historical monument built in 1402, where you can explore the ancient architecture. Next, you’ll visit the Shamakhi Juma Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in Azerbaijan, dating back to 743. Afterward, you’ll drive toward Gabala, with a lunch stop along the way in Shamakhi. In Gabala, you’ll visit the tranquil Nohur Lake, known for its peaceful atmosphere, followed by the breathtaking Yeddi Gozal Waterfall in Vandam Village. Your adventure continues with a visit to Tufandag Mountain Resort, where you can enjoy stunning views and perhaps take a thrilling ride on the cable car before heading to Baku. Back to Baku.

Breakfast in the hotel, Check –out from the hotel. After breakfast, your driver will take you from the hotel and transfer back to the airport.
